Quality materials and attention to detail have been the priorities in construction of Borgo del Torchio right from the planning stages.
The entrances are finished in Botticino marble, the ceilings are of open wooden beams, the roofing has traditional barrel tiling; there are wrought iron pergolas and the colour scheme combines warm, relaxing tones.

The loggias and external staircases are tastefully tiled in rustic-finish terracotta; the interiors in elegant but practical glazed stoneware. The gardens, footpaths and swimming pools have low walls made with natural stone – all materials are chosen with harmony and good taste in mind. Every aspect of the project reflects its environment, so that the Borgo blends perfectly with its surroundings and the local landscape.

Three wide "infinity" swimming pools - the pool is filled to the brim, eliminating the "pool horizon" and creating a lake effect - and hydro massage pool make Borgo a haven of peace and relaxation. The natural effect is heightened by the pools' irregular shapes and sloping shallows.

Large areas of greenery were included in the design, integrating harmoniously with the lakeside vegetation and at the same time providing a sense of privacy while connecting the individual living spaces to one another.
Away from the quiet of the apartments there is a recreational area with tennis courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as a fully-equipped and enclosed playground for children.
Borgo del Torchio has been designed as a place reserved for pedestrians. Cars are not allowed within the complex, ensuring the safety and peace of mind of its residents.

Borgo del Torchio offers many different types of apartments – two-roomed, three-roomed, and four-roomed – of different sizes, styles and lay-outs to meet all living needs.
The ground floor apartments have a private garden, portico and large basement rooms. The first and second floor apartments come with basements, loggias, terraces and magnificent turrets with panoramic views.
Every apartment has an independent air conditioning and heating system, satellite TV, video entry-phone, wiring for telephones and provision for anti-intrusion systems. All material used is energy-saving and soundproof.
Garages are located underground and there is a large external car park.
